As a member of the Schultz & Williams development team, Kelly Grattan has worked with many social and community service organizations and independent schools. A sample of her recent client work includes North10, Philadelphia; Girard College; Faith in the Future; St. Joseph’s Preparatory School; Salesianum School; Mount Saint Joseph Academy; Museum of the American Revolution; Episcopal Relief & Development; Chimp Haven; American Friends Services Committee; Germantown Friends School; and Rocky Mountain Wolf Action Fund.

Kelly has more than 19 years of development experience with a variety of nonprofits, including the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts (Philadelphia), Susquehanna University (Selinsgrove, PA) and Cabrini University (Radnor, PA). In her work at these organizations, she oversaw the operational aspects of the development function—database administration, donor stewardship and prospect research—before moving into major gifts and chief development officer roles.

Lauren Hansen-Flaschen
Senior Consultant

As a member of the Schultz & Williams team, Lauren Hansen-Flaschen provides strategic planning consulting to nonprofit clients. With a background in research for strategic decision-making and performance evaluation, Lauren provides clients with a roadmap to achieve their goals through evidence-based and iterative processes.

Lauren’s background includes strategic planning and landscape analysis for public sector organizations in the workforce development, economic development, and tourism sectors. Her ten years of experience working for nonprofit organizations in the Philadelphia area gives her an insider view of the challenges and changing needs that nonprofits face each year, from funding constraints to mission drift to adverse environmental conditions. She also has provided public policy analysis and reports for advocacy efforts by executive leaders.
